    1. Complete your order using the Shopping Cart.
    2. Review your order to make sure your shopping cart contains the items you want to purchase.
    3. Proceed to the checkout stand and select your preferred method of payment, and submit your order. Your order will reach us within seconds. If you have included payment by credit card, your order will be processed immediately. (Your card will not be charged until your order is shipped.)
    4. You will receive an E-Mail confirmation of your order within seconds.

Ordering By Fax (toll free)

    1. Complete your order using the Shopping Cart.
    2. Review your order to make sure your shopping cart contains the items you want to purchase.
    3. Proceed to the checkout stand and select FAX  as your  method of payment, and submit your order. 
    4. You will receive an E-Mail confirmation (and fax order form) of your order within seconds.
    5. Print out and complete the Order Form E-mail. 
    6. Fax The Completed Order Form to: 1-877-689-5405 (toll free).

 
Ordering by Phone (toll free)
(payment by: credit card)

    1. Complete your order using the Shopping Cart.
    2. Review your order to make sure your shopping cart contains the items you want to purchase.
    3. Proceed to the checkout stand and select PHONE  as your method of payment, and submit your order. 
    4. You will receive an E-Mail confirmation (and phone order form) of your order within seconds.
    5. Print out the Phone Order Form E-mail. (this is your receipt for your records)
    6. Call  1-877-410-0152 (toll free) (Please have your credit card and your order number ready).
NOTE:  If you call when we are closed (or with another customer) you will reach "voice mail", If you reach "voice mail" please go ahead and leave your payment information. State your last name, your order number, credit card number, expiration date, name that appears on the credit card. There is no need to give us shipping information because we can retrieve it from your order number.

    5. Print out and complete the US Mail Order Form E-mail.
